We have hosted 21 school-aged students at Tempo for work experience and business insight. Over the week, they covered topics such as project management, Quantity Surveying, Design management, and sustainability. They carried out team challenges and virtual reality sessions as well as learning about the construction industry potential.

The Tempo team also attended the Langley Careers fairs and hosted 900 students and parents, discussing careers in the construction industry. Upcoming events include mock interview days, in-school career talks, and hosting an App Design competition for students in year 8.
